Energy Conservation video...Messaging for Kids
1. Who do you think are the target audience of this clip?
2. What do you think are the main key messages that the clip is trying to communicate?
It wants people to see that CFL bulbs are much better than indescandent bulbs, as they save more energy than the indescandent bulbs.
3. Do you think the clip is effective? Why or why not?
Yes, as it is animated/a cartoon and therefore it attracts more people.
4. How do you think the messaging/clip could be further improved?
They could give more examples.
They are targeting children.

Quiet surroundings (the wind machines are noisy)

Blocked sunlight (As the blades of the wind machines move, they block sunlight)
2. What are some possible solutions that the video have suggested?
The wind machines that are closer to the houses have smaller blades, and those further away have big blades.

A cartoon/play/catchy song can be used as people are able to remember these more easily.
